In this packing line, ten heads weigher, support plate, Model DXDK-420 Automatic granular packing machine will be needed.

The working process of this packing machine:

1. The Z shape conveyor will conveyor the granules to the four heads weigher automatically and the weigher will weight the granules to make sure the same grams of the bag.

2. After weighing, the granules will fall from the weighing hopper and fall into the bag automatically.

3. The support plate will be used to keep the weigher weight the granules automatically and accutately.

4. The machine will make the bag, fill the bag, seal and cut the bag at the same time automatically! All the process is automatic!
