This machine is suitable for packing different kind granules, like radix isatidis granule, sugar, brown sugar, palnt seeds, coffee, drying agent etc.

1. All the cover of the packing machine is 304 Stainless Steel including every screw on the body of this packing machine which conforms to the CE, CM & GMP Standard.

2. The feeding way for this packing machine is Volume cups, you can adjust the filling range of the bag via the handle besides the volume cups without stopping the running of the packing machine, it is very convenient.

3. About the size of the bag, such as the length, you can adjust it via the PLC Computer controller! It is the new designed one by us, the same model manufatured by other company is still press key computer controller.

Also, there is no belt inside the packing machine, as we adopted the variable frequency motor rather than the general motor with belt to adjust the speed of the packing machine, so the easy wear parts for the packing machine like belt will never have for our packing machine and you can adjust the speed of the packing machine via the computer controller, it is more easy and more convenenient for you.

3. The sealing system for all of our packing machines are specially designed by our engineer to make sure the seal side of the bag clean, neat, flat and beautiful.

In the sealing system, high-temperature resistance bearing is adopted, , and the high-temperature resistance bearing is not differerent from the traditional bearing bushes, it can be used for more than 1 years while the traditional bearing bushes used by other company can only be used for 2-3 months.

4. Advanced Digital temperature controller is adopted by this packing machine to make sure the accurate temperature of the sealing roller according to different packing materials and the temperature will be showed on the display of the digital temperature controller.

The erro temperature between the actual temperature and the setting temperature will be at ± 2 centigrades, so any packing materials is ok for this packing machine.

5. The electronic systems adopted by our packing machine are conform to China electrical Standard to make sure the stable running of this packing machine.
