Structural Features

 

1,The cubicle is made of the  imported alloy-coated steel sheet, and processed by the  CNC machining and the multiple folding technology, and then assembled by the rivets  and the high-strengthen bolts.  With the application  of the electrostatic  spraying technology, the door has great  impact and corrosion resistance  capability, and high mechanical  strength and elegant appearance. The main circuit breaker can select VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, ABB VD4 series devices and Schneider devices;

2,The handcart of the same type can be interchangeable reliably;

3,It is  provided with the  reliable and  simple mechanical interlocking  between the  circuit breaker and the disconnector, fully meeting the requirement of Fail Safe;

4,There has sufficient  linking and maintenance room  in the cable chamber.  The height of the cable linking  is around 800mm which  is high enough to  connect several cables  and easy for the maintenance;

5,The cubicle  is divided  into four independent  chambers, supporting  overhead incoming and outgoing  lines, incoming  and outgoing cables  and other  functional schemes. After the permutation and the combination, it can form various power distribution devices.

 

Ambient conditions

1, For the normal design, the  altitude should be not more than 1,000m. If  above 1,000m, it will design  according to the  altitude correction factor  of the  highland and manufacture as per the requirements suitable for the highland altitude.

2, The ambient  air temperature  ranges -35℃~+40℃, and  the average  temperature within 24h ≤ +35℃. If  exceeding the specified time, it  has to reduce the capacity  according to the actual condition;

3, The relative  humidity  should not  exceed 50%  at +40℃,  while  at lower  temperatures, larger  relative humidity  is acceptable,  e.g.  90% at  +20℃.  Considering the  change  of temperature may sometime cause the condensation, the daily average should be less than 95% and the monthly average less than 90%;

4, The  water  vapour   average  should  be ave2.2*10-3Mpa  or  below   while  the  monthlyrage not larger than  1.8*10-3Mpa;

5, The gradient between installation surface and vertical plane is ≤ 5°;

6, The seismic intensity should be not more than 8 degree;

7, Frequent severe violation is acceptable;

8, No pollution is  allowed to the ambient  air, such as corrosive  substance, flammable gas, vapour and so on.
