Description
Filling of ice cream, sorbet and water ice products into cones, cups and bulk containers of various design, shape and size.
The Runchen Krunt-G4 is built on a sturdy stainless steel frame. The filling machine is designed to meet the highest hygienic standard, including a fully open frame which avoids water traps and allows for efficient hose-down cleaning. Spray nozzles for lamella cleaning are also included as standard equipment.
Lubrication free, stainless steel conveyer chains with pitch of 70mm carry the lamellas which are mounted onto the chains by means of “quick lock” screws for easy change-over.
All the upper working stations are fitted on the rails, without fixing holes which allows for easy and fast positioning of the station without the use of tools.
All filling, decorating and auxiliary equipment including nozzles, hoses, drive station etc. are designed for simple and quick disconnection for easy product change-over and effective cleaning.
The machine is available with two different indexing pitches. The machine with an indexing pitch of 140mm is for smaller products whereas the machine with an indexing pitch of 210mm can handle larger family-size and bulk containers. It is not required to change chains when changing different pitch of lamellas.
