1.Advanced 30° mixed slant bed structure, super rigidity, super precision and heat stability.
2.Modular design spindle, sleeve type bearing, double row cylindrical roller bearings on both ends, to make better rigidity and shock resistance.
3.No-lifting turret, servo motor indexing, positioning by 3 pcs curved hirth coupling plate, and hydraulic reliable lock can realize high speed tool changing and high processing rigidity.
4. X, Z lead screws have double bearing pre-stretching structure, imported linear straight guide way. The fast movement can be 30000mm/min and 36000mm/min.
5.Tailstock using high precision linear guide way and hydraulic tailstock can provide maximum 3.5KN tight force.
6.SIEMENS828D operation system, easy to operate and maintenance-free.
