pop can filling and sealing machine is suitable for filling and capping beverage such as juice, tea drink, flavor water, energy drink, etc. It is equipped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology. It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid level control, capping reliably, frequency conversion timing, less material loss. It can be equipped long-distance control system. It is the preferred equipment for the medium beer and beverage plant.
Features of our pop can filling and sealing machine
1. Bottle held transportation, make the line more stable. PLC control with touch screen operation.
2. The filling valve with high-precision mechanical valve, filling speed, high precision level, to achieve: Filling with can, no filling without can. Valve guiding device with can held structure, to ensure maximum stability of the filling; Filling tanks supported by worm gear box down to meet the different height of the pot; Filling tank equipped with liquid level float switch to ensure a smooth.
3. The main drive gear belt transmission and open gear box combination high efficiency and low noise.
4. Main drive adopts frequency stepless speed regulation, PLC computer control; Sealing machine and filling machine is coupling connection, to ensure that two machine running in synchronization.
5. Way of filling the vacuum filling, reducing air contact with the material to improve the speed of filling to prevent leakage
6. Sealing rollers adopts high hardness alloy steel hardened (HRC> 62), sealing the optical curve grinding curve precision machining, to ensure sealing quality. Bottle guide system can be changed as per the bottle size.
Working procedure
Cans will be pushed into can holding platform one by one by feeding screw and star-wheel.Centering cup of filling valve will fall to can;The distance between filling valves and cans is sealed by springiness plastic ring.The movement of centering cup is generated by plastic idler wheel along curvilinear motion.After filled, valve will be closed, air is discharged, and centering cup will rise from the can.Filled can will be sent to conveyor chain, then to seamer.Seamer will take lid, turn over the edge of can and turn the edge to finish the sealing action by the control of cam.After that can will be transferred to conveying system.
