Production description
Multicomponent polyurethane waterproofing coating is cured film through A,B two component reaction. A component is a kind of transparent to light yellow viscous liquid containing terminal isocyanate groups which take polyethers and polyisocyanates as raw material to get together and react;B component is a hybrid processing of paste composite by crosslinking agents, accelerators, toughening agents, tackifiers, fungicides, fillers, pigments and so on. The A, B components were mixed using a certain proportion. Stiring well and then scratch on the base surface. After several hours reaction and solidify to form a flexible, tough but also a durable waterproof coating.
2.Product Features
u Does not contain tar, organic solvents, Moca and other toxic substances;
u Curing at room temperature, the waterproof layer is seamless, smooth and firm bond with the grassroots;
u It’s easy to construct in the shape of complex parts and even have a better effect than waterproofing membrane.

4. Construction method
Base surface treatment: before the construction of waterproof coating layer it’s necessary clean the dust, sand material, mortar, lumps and other debris. The base surface should be dry, smooth, non- porous, sand or cracks, if there is a real gap should be filled with cement mortar.
Construction techniques: Accurately weighed A, B component according to product weight ratio then sufficiently stirred and mixed well. Once the amount of ingredients should be used within 2h. It’s suitable to construct next after the pre-coat cured. Each blade coating vertical with the last, and the film thickness should be uniform. Yin and yang angle,details and other parts should construct according to the design requirements. Taking protective measures in time about the waterproof layer that brush completed and take cement mortar as protective layer.
