2. Product Features
1.Super-high Elasticity. The elongation of the elastic coating film of the product exceeds 1000%, and recovery rate reaches more than 90%, which can effectively solve problems of various buildings like the leakage, corrosion, etc. caused by the stress deformation, expansion cracking, puncture, weak connection, etc.
2. Perfect Organic Whole. 4. Construction method
Grassroots request
1. Cement mortar layer is solid flat, not a crisp, sand, peeling phenomenon.
2. Penetrate the waterproof layer pipes, embedded parts, equipment foundations, reserve hole should be laid before the waterproof construct and securely installed.
3. Outstanding grassroots site should be wiped into the corner arc radius appropriate for the 50mm.
4. Grassroots should be clean, free from dust, grease, debris.
5. The substrate may damp, but not out of water.
6. Grassroots drainage slope should meet the design requirements.
Construction process
1. Construction process：
Acceptance at the basic level- clean up basic level-- detail protection,--detail structure additional layer--large area coating--quality inspection-- quality acceptance (raining water and filling water test) - protective layer construction.
2. By brushing method for construction of an additional layer of detail structure, layered brush. Carcass reinforcement material should be caught in the coating middle, paste the firm, not hollowing, not alice.
3. Large area spraying liquid rubber waterproof coating shall meet the following requirements:
A: after large area coating should be constructed when grassroots level meets the construction requirements .
B: the liquid rubber waterproof coating should be sprayed uniformly and thickness is uniform.Spray gun is appropriatly 600-800 mm from spraying base level.2 mm thick coating can be completed by a crisscross spray, 4,-5 consecutive times spraying.
C: add reinforced material between liquid rubber waterproof layer shall meet the following requirements:
(1) pave tire body reinforced material after bottom liquid rubber coating is curing.
(2) the bottom liquid rubber waterproof coating thickness should not be less than 0.5 mm.
(3) paving tire body reinforced material brick should be straight, smooth, no crease. Coat high build liquid rubber waterproof coating in roller way in the lapping .
(4) the long side lapping width of tire body reinforced material shall not be less than 50 mm, shorter edges overlapping width is not less than 70 mm, scrap thick liquid waterproof coating in lap seam , roll with tape,and seal.
(5) there should not be free drum, mouth and other defects when spraying liquid rubber waterproof coating on the tire body reinforced material ,it should not be less than 1.0 mm thick.
4. After the completion of large-scale spraying should be carried out quality checks. Check the detailed structure, coating quality, coating thickness, and the apparent quality. And should be promptly repaired if defective. A large area of the patch should be applied by spraying, construction details and small areas should adopt brushing.
