1. Production description
DNC Non-curable rubber modified asphalt coating for waterproofing is designed and developed by Jiuding Hongtai. Non-cured rubber waterproof coating is a new environment friendly rubber asphalt waterproof coating with high solid content, prepared by modifier of high-performance elastic-plastic high polymer, base stock of high-quality asphalt, and auxiliaries of high-activity liquid tackifying resins, functionalized polymers and stabilizers. It is the waterproof material which can keep sticky paste in the condition of application. The product has outstanding creep resistance, and creats the result of self-healing, anti-leakage, anti-channeling of water, anti-fatigue, anti-aging, stress-free and other outstanding application properties.
2. Product Features
1. High solid content: The condensate content is more than 99%, and there are few volatile matters;
2. Never cured: Original colloidal state is kept after construction. Stable performance, the aging phenomenon does not occur;
3. Strong creep: Materials will not separate when construction and they would form a stable and entirely seamless waterproof layer;
4. Strong adhesion: It can construct on the humid basal plane and be able to bond with any foreign matters;
5. Strong self-healing: it can self repair even the waterproof layer is damaged when construction to maintain a complete waterproof layer;
6. Small construction limited: It can be both coated and sprayed. Construction can be performed under normal temperature and also below zero;
7. Weather-proof and environmental: Durable, anti-corrosion, resistant to high and low temperature; non-toxic, tasteless, non-pollution and non-ignitable;
8. Composite waterproof layer: It can be used with other waterproof materials to form a compound waterproof layer to improve the waterproof effect;

4. Construction method
Scraping method: Mainly for underground floor, wall, roof, etc. to facilitate the part of the blade coating, it is suitable for small-scale construction.
Spraying method: Mainly is used in the large area construction, and detail node and underground running tunnel vault that are not convenient for coating.
Construction process
Clean up basic level- -treatment agent of basic level(optional) - -detail enhancement treatment ,--spraying the non-curable rubber asphalt waterproof coating --detail maintenance - -laying composite waterproofing - check and acceptance.
