LD electric single girder bridge crane is a kind of light lifting equipment which uses CD1 or MD1 hoist, etc. Its lifting capacity is 1-20t with Max span from 7.5-22.5m.
The best working temperature is -25 ~ 40℃ with humidity less than 85%. It should works in the environment without fire, explosion and corrosive matters and it is prohibited to lift molten metal, toxic, flammable or explosive objects.
Main Structure:
1. Main metal structure: the main girder is made of steel plate which is formed into u-shaped slot after calendaring molding, the welded with I shape steel, constituting main box girder. The crossgirder is also box girder formed by welding u-shaped slot steel plates. The girders were joint by high-strength bolt to ensure stability;
2. Lifting system: the LD single girder electric crane is equipped with electric hoist which moves longitudinally along main girder;
3. Moving system: it adopts separated driving parts for moving and transmission. The moving of the hoist depends on the conical rotor motor, while the transmission replies on open-close type gears;
4. Electrical parts: the LD single girder crane uses cone-shaped motor with brake device. The control cabinet is DK2 type electrical control cabinet (ground operation) or protective cabinet with CAM controller for room controlling. The whole crane has safety device to guarantee high reliability.
