D. Machine details description
1) Filling Principle
Beer filling machine we produce is Isobaric filling.
|
Firstly, vacuum for the first time, the level of vacuum will be more than 90%;
|
|
Secondly, fill the CO2 gas to make the pressure in the empty bottle can as same as pressure in the filling tank;
|
|
Thirdly, vacuum for the second time, after that process, the air left in the empty bottle is about 1%.
|
|
Finally, fill the CO2 again. When the pressure in the empty bottle as same as pressure in the filling tank again, the filling start. After filling, again will use CO2 blow the bottle before capping.
|
2) Filling part
|
1. Vacuum-pumping twice during filling, to ensure no air left in the bottle
|
|
2. Precisely filling, the liquid in all the bottles will be in same level
|
|
3. All parts connect to liquid & bottles 304 or 316 stainless steel
|
|
4. Sensor control, no bottle, no filling
|
|
5. PLC controlled + English MMI
|
|
6. CIP (clean-in-place)system connected, filling process can be cleaned in time whenever need;
|
3) Capping part
|
1. Electromagnetic capping head, with burden discharge function, reducing the rate of broken bottles
|
|
2. Hot water bubble set to clear the air in the bottleneck after filling, make it less than 0.15mg / L
|
|
3. No bottle, no capping
|

E. Beer packaging plant
1) Bottle warmer
|
1. This machine use for carbonated drink to make the temperature of the cold filling drink up to 30ºC.
|
|
2. Its working process can be divided into 2 stages, circulating hot water spray, warm water. It is suitable for cooling all kinds of bottle, canned beverage, such as beer, gas drink, carbonated drink.
The main body is made of excellent stainless steel, running reliable and in a beautiful appearance.
|
|
3. After filling, the whole bottle is cool, once contact the air, the bottle outside wil be with condensing water, will affect the following packing process, and bottle warmer will hot the bottles after filling, and also rinsing the bottle outside.
|
2) Bottle dryer
|
Dryer the bottle after bottle warmer with high pressure air, and prepare for the labeling.

3) Labeling machine
|
1. PLC control, full automatic working.

2. Touch-screen control panel, easy operation.

3. Bottle shape: Round bottle, square bottle, rectangulate bottle, etc;
|
4) Ink jet code machine
|
1. It can print 1-6 lines, and the character height reaches 1.8mm, 3.0mm, 8.0mm, 15mm with combined big and small characters.

2. Printing speed reaches 4.5m/s
|
|
3. Environmental protection solvent free ink, 125ML is capable of printing 30 million characters
|
|
4. It is capable of storing 100 printing information, each information reaches 1600 characters
|
|
5. It is applicable for metal, plastic, glass, wood, paper and ceramics etc.

5) Heat shrink film packing machine
|
1. Using imported PLC automatic program control, stable performance, precise control.
|
|
2. Automatic convey belt feeding bottles, unscrambling, film shrinkage, cooling, and shaping process.
|
|
3. The film feeding an induction switch control, adjuestable film length, reduce loss.
