Feature :

1.The series soft drink filling machine is used in production gas containing water of glass polyester bottle-packing carbonated beverage.

2.Adopting equal pressure filling principle and current spring valves in order to assure beverage quality.

3.It carries out washing bottle, filling and capping on one machine.

4.The magnetic torque is used for screw capping., in order to assure capping quality.

5.The main machine adopts advanced PLC control ,Touch screen and no-bottle, no-cap system.

6.It adopts bottle handing technology to make changing bottle more convenient, faster and easier.

Water treatment system Questions:

No.1  What about the backwash/cleaning system ? 

In our machine we have the backwash system,with the valves in the filter to control the water flow direction , to finsh the filter or backwash process

No.2 Where is the pump ? 

The raw water pump is with China Nanfang brand, with water flow capacity required ,normally with SUS304 material.If with special pump brand , pls let us know 

No.3 What about blockage ? 

Before the water into the tank , and before the water out of the tank , there is water distributor, which will stop the big particals.Avoid the situation of blockage.

No.4 What about the intermediate fitting & valves ?

The pipeline and valves are stainless steel material with SUS304 

No.5 What about drain water fittings ?

For the quartz sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium filter, precise filterm , reverse osmosis device , each one with drain water pipeline

NO.7 How long to change RO membrane And precise filter membrane ?

Every 3-6 month change the precise filter membrane inside . 

For RO membrane,It decided by Raw water analysis , such as if TDS is 0-300 , two year change one time . If TDS is more than 500, half an year change one time.

1. Dryer the bottle after bottle warmer with high pressure air, and prepare for the labeling.

2.The machine is a necessary part of the filling machinery. Its function is caused by high-speedwind.

3. The high-speed wind blows into air trunk and causes wind tunnel effect. enhance and maintain a high wind speed, air ducts can easily adjust devices according to bottle / tank diameter and height so that it is more efficient and can adjust more easily.

4.Air ducts are made of (in accordance with food hygiene requirements on material) 304 stainless steel.

5.It is widely used in the bottle water/drinks production plant, when finished filling, before going to the shrink labeling machine, there may some water on the bottles, so it need the bottle dryer to make the bottle dry, then it can be going to the shrink labeling machine.
