The ultra-light weight drilling machine is designed for all types of plange rail drilling and also for drilling of manganese alloy rails with hollow drill bit. Its outstanding performance, its firmness and light weight enable comfortable operation of the operator.
This machine is designed and implemented based on the specialist with many years' experience of rail equipment and the latest technology application in rail bore drilling field. It uses a hollow drill bit so that it shortens the drilling time and reduces the operation consumpation in comparison with that of vortex-shaped or flat drill. The drill lubrication and cooling are supplied via a pressurized water tank from spindle center.
The product has a precise and rapid rail clamping device to ensure precise fixation and release within a few seconds. The clamp ensures that the machine can be firmly fixed on the rail and maintain accurate drilling. It can drill to the position 60mm from the rail bottom.
