The GY-U type fully automatic suppository making production line is a type of using PLC for whole operation control and using pneumatic mode for power fully automatic production line. Rolls of the packing membrane (PVC, PVC/PE, the compound double aluminum foil) will enter into filling procedure automatically after making a statue to take shape by the machine, already stirred equally medicine fluid is filled into the cavities automatically through high accuracy metering pump, then the line of small suppository granules will be sheared into segments according to the length preestablished, and entered into condenser to lower down the temperature, in certain time through the cooling system cause the medicine fluid to coagulate, after segments of suppository granules get across the cooling equipment(the medicine fluid coagulates), enter into seal phase, simultaneously reshaping, beating batch number and further shearing to take shape.
