Less PD, long service life. As the coil is cased by vacuuming under the condition of “positive pressure”, so there is no air bubbles between turns and layers, greatly reducing the amount of partial discharge. In addition, the mechanical strength is supper great after epoxy casting, strong capability of resistance against sudden short-circuit. With impeccable temperature protection and housing guards, it guarantees the products to run safe and reliably.
High-voltage coil is like a “cake” structure, improving the coil electrical load strength and cooling capacity of product. Low voltage coil are wound with copper foil, reducing the problem of coil end leakage reactionary. In order to lower down the no-load losses, noise and improve the strength of core mechanical, we use WISCO 30Q120 silicon steel.
