Product Features

The core is made of quality grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, cut and assembled length-ways and breadth-ways, minimizing the burrs. The core is laminated with total mitering and multilevel stepping, enabling the product to run in low no-load loss, no-loss current and noises.

The coils are wound with high purity oxygen-free copper wire, utilizing quality insulators between turns, which make the coils to resist sudden short-circuit effectively. The inner coils are wound on the insulation bobbin directly, and all the coils have inner and outer bracing, all the bracing and pads are debugger to create even electric field, which is more reliable.

The tank wall adopts wide steel sheet,which will be folded into corrugated structure without splicing, minimizing the welding. Therefore it looks neat and simple with optimized mechanical strength, capable of withstanding the positive pressure stipulated in standards and mechanical strength test on vacuum degree.
