1. Are you factory or trade company?
We are manufacturer, we also supply trade service.
2. Will you provide some wearing parts of the machines?
Yes, of course. We ship them with machine, spare parts in wood case.
3. How is the quality of your products?
We have been approved of ISO, CE and always produce our products strictly according to national and intertnational standards. We do strict inspection in every production stage, all the machines we sell are under warranty.
4. What about your price?
We always supply our products with low price, because we believe this is the way to build long-term business and earn good reputation.
5. What payments term do you accept?
We accept L/C, T/T and other ways like D/A and D/P etc, T/T goes with 30% advanced payment after signing contract or order confirmation.
6. What about the order lead time?
We have two factories and big productivity, the order lead time is only 15-25 days.
