Strict quality inspection of pressure vessel
1. Strict quality appraisal for the quality of the material, the appearance and the quality
of the weld, the quality of the operation, the quality of the installation, the installation
quality, the internal device and the safety accessories.
2. General physical and chemical tests for the storage tank of LPG Tank, such as mechanical
properties and chemical composition.
3. The geometrical position of the welded joint, the weld line, the tank head and the
pressure elements are in strict with the X ray nondestructive testing and the helium
mass spectrometer.
4. On the product's sealing, pressure resistance, and all the technical indicators that affect
the safe operation of the product testing.
5. For welding products using fully automatic welding technology, tank through the whole
heat treatment, 100% inspection, sandblasting before painting, ensure antirust paint and
paint does not fall off.
