2. General physical and chemical tests for the storage tank of LPG Tank, such as
mechanical properties and chemical composition.
3. The geometrical position of the welded joint, the weld line, the tank head and the
pressure elements are in strict with the X ray nondestructive testing and the helium
mass spectrometer.
4. On the lpg tank's sealing, pressure resistance, and all the technical indicators that
affect the safe operation of the product testing.
5. For welding products using fully automatic welding technology, tank through the
whole heat treatment, 100% inspection, sandblasting before painting, ensure antirust 1.The surface coating by sandblast derusting, spraying, blowing and other advanced
technology.
