Applications:
This is a mini doypack packaging machine for premade pouch, such as flat pouch, flat pouch with zipper, standup pouch, standup pouch with zipper, gusset pouch etc. Installed with auger filler, it is popular applicable for packing powder product such as ground coffee, instant coffee, 2 in 1 coffee, 3 in 1 coffee, instant drink, pepper, flour etc

Introductions:
This machine automatically collect the bag from a casette and opens ready for filling, a filling chute holds the bag open whilst, it is filled and the bag is then sealed before being discharged on to a take away conveyor. This machine can be manual feeder or connected to any of our filling and dosing system to fill powder, granule, liquid/paste.
We offer three kinds of bag shape in max bag size:280mm wide x 300mm deep
PM-N Standard machine for bags and pouches without zipper, maximum speed up to 15 per minute
PM-Z Fitted with zipper opener for bags and pouches with zippers maximum speed up to 8 per minute
PM- G Special machine for gusset bags, max 15bags/minute
