DZ Rice Brick chamber vacuum packing machine is a newly designed packing machine and is both fit for “vacuum packing” and “square shape forming”. It is designed on the basis of our vacuum packing machine,which we have been producing since 1985.And we add the vibrator and auto forming system to it.
It is most suitable for rice,beans,nuts, or any granular product that need to be vacuum packed into square shape.
It first exhausts the air in the bag vessel, and seal it at same time.then the machine vibrator will start to work and distribute the granular product evenly, and with pressure from upper cover and chamber bottom,product will be automatically packed into square shape.
For inside the bag vessel, it is almost air free, so it can easy avoid the bacteria, avoid the goods oxidation, goes moldy, and goes bad. And also,being packed into square shape, will largely increase the product quality and much easier for stowage and transportation.
