Description
Circulating fluidized bed microwave plasma torch MSW gasification plant
After sorting, screening, grinding, drying, The municipal solid waste is fed into the circulating fluidized bed gasification, the combustible gas and ash are processed by microwave plasma torch, the high temperature can decompose dioxin and remove the wood tar, then the combustible gas pass the instantaneous quench cooling to avoid dioxin repolymerisation temperature interval, after the spraying of the lime sulfur removal and bag-type dust device, combustible gas is final purification.
the combustible gas is used to power generation, and in the gasification power process, heat convert into steam for using steam turbine group again; the plant per hour generating capacity is 10MW, the whole set adopts PLC automatic control, gasification efficiency is 85% and throughput is 12.5T / h.
