Product Introduction
* The machine is suitable for plastic bottles, glass bottles, PET bottles and so on a variety of materials and shapes of the bottle cover, designed for filling line automatic screw cap process of a new generation of screw cap equipment.
* It overcome the disadvantages of the intermittent screw cap machine which screw cap slow , not tight and narrow application range. It’s also better than the rotary screw cap machine, solves which narrow applicable range and the limitations of replacing of mold frequently.
* This machine adopts the design "a twisted round cover corresponds to a motor".
- Ensure the equipment keeping stable and reliable, torque consistent and adjusting convenient even in a long fatigue condition.
- Bottle gripper belt can be adjusted independently, and make it suitable for twist of different height and shape of the bottle caps. If matching with cap guide device, it can also apply to twisting cap with pump.
- Using straight-line bottle feeding, automatic falling, uninterrupted screw cap cover etc. technologies.
- Cap arranging and feeding are using advanced elevating cap loading system ( can also according to the fact requirements, equip with swash plate or vibration cap loading machine). All make improving production , also expanding the application scope of bottle caps.
