Casting Shop:building area are 4360 square meters,casting technics we adopt 2 cupola (7T/H、12T/H)and Intermediate Frequency holding furnace(12T/H)twofold-gang melting;in the meanwhile,we possess a lot of equipments,such as a 2.5 t/h smelter hearth and a resin sand model production line with the capability processing sand mixture 20T/H,fast analysis detecting instrument of smelter hearth,Crane(12 meters lift height and 50 Tons maximum load of lifting),several 12meters deep melt pit and so on,all of this production facility would help us guarantee nice quanlity of production.
machinery processing workshop:we adopt double enclosed type and double straddle construct.we have lathe、boring lathe、milling machine、planing machine、grinder、drill press,all of them approximately 40,we have 4 traversing crane(max crane output 32Tons).We could process the sectification we could processt dryer max diamater 4000mm,max length 12000mm,max weight 50 tons,max dynamic poise 50 tons,our Production Capacity located leading position.The quality we produced are all comply with and accordance with the Requirement of our customer,and we could guarantee to reach world-class standard.
The main series dryer cylinder we produced as followed:diamater from 800mm to 4000mm,face length from 1450mm to 10000mm,the material cast iron is from HT200 to HT300,ductile cast iron is from QT400 to QT600,hardness is from HB180 to HB240,the most heaviest cast iron finished production we made is 50 tons,now we could finish 20000 tons production.using the world renown pig-iron as material and mix lots of kind alloy element,we can make lots of kind grey iron casting from HT 200 to HT 350,and ductile cast iron from QT400 to QT600,we also could make cast(carbon)steel,the material is ZG200-ZG340.We are adopt perfect course of production and the advanced technology and the top grade detect equipment to guarantee high degree of accuracy and high quality,so that we could satify all side of special requirements in size 、pressure 、hardness、roughness of surface and so on.Our production have a considerable occupancy,we are refer to the vanguard technology 、and thought from abroad, using perfect equipment engaging high quality technician and manager.we would supply fine quality production and survince to our costomer.
