Biscuit can be divided into soft biscuit, hard biscuit,Cracker biscuit and cookie according to formula, craft and forming style. Cracker biscuit and soda biscuit is one of the most complicated in dustrial production but tasted produts, a complete forming line is normally consist of one feeding machine, one laminator stage, three or four sets guage roller sheeting machine, one set of rotary cutting machine, recycling machine, enter-oven machine.
For oven, it require DGF oven wihch fired with gas in direct heating or with a hybrid oven, the oven also need long enough for baking a quality products, for some specail cracker, also require a special heavy mesh belt, etc...
