Functions:
1. Automation adjustment function
1) Adopt the control strategy of changing structure, changing parameter.Microcomputer- speed regulator choose suitable no load operation, large electric networks and the excellent adjustment and control parameter of region electric network operation automatically, so as to ensure excellent active characteristic of speed regulator under each working condition.
2) Control generator frequency and automatically track power grid frequency under no load operation, thus enhance the speed of combined to the grid.
3) Be able to realize power closed loop regulation and permanent active running.
2. Automation control function
1) Automatically finish the tasks of generator on-off, stop, phase modulation, load fluctuating, load limit and load rejection, according to operation order from remote central control room and relational state signals. Ensure the steady running of generator in variety operation method.
2) According to real-time height of water level, automatically set startup opening and no-load opening, and minimum and maximum opening limit on-load.
3. Monitor and modify function
1) Real-time show generator frequency, power grid frequency, generator power, vane-opening, angle of blades, given control, real-time water lever, no-load opening, input power, given power, given opening, opening limit, given frequency and adjust parameter of bt, Td, Tn, bp, Ep, frequency, power deadband and so on.
2) Real-time modify all adjustment parameter and given parameter by touching screen as generator running, and there's no load impact.
4. Function of diagnosis and fault tolerance
1) Use variety transducer, intelligent power amplifier and host computer to realize real-time fault detection and diagnosis with speed, frequency, opening, active power, input switch value and communication interface, show fault signal and send it.
2) Self check and disposal of disturbing and fault outside, have microcomputer remove fault state, and come back to proper operation automatically.
3) Support fault tolerance function. Namely, speed regulator can maintain stable operation while fault happened. Different fault states have different operation ways (including degrade running). When one or some of channel is invalidation, the system shall maintain stable operation with proper channel yet, and adjust frequency and load. Even if oil filter is failure to stop and hasn't been changed in time, the system also can maintain stable operation. Even thought there's a serious malfunction or lose electric with speed regulator, it shall ensure servomotor stay in current location, without any effect on proper or malfunction stop.
5. Function of remote communication
Convenient communicate with remote monitor system by communicate interface of RS-485 or RS-422

Debug, check, setting, modify, disposal and all function tests on-line.
