This machine adopts the advantages of jet rice mill and roller rice mill. It introduces the rest wind of the separator into the rollers and into the whitening chamber, which improves the processing conditions. The structure is novel and unique. It can grind the paddy directly into white rice or grind the brown rice into white rice. Its biggest advantage is that it has a high yield, low power consumption, low temperature rise and high productivity.
When the machine starts to mill paddy, the paddy is flowing into the feeding hopper and goes into the milling chamber, which is consisted of machine cover, roller, rice screen, case, etc. The milling process of rice can be finished by the effect of mechanical grinding force. The fan of the main shaft blows the cold wind into the polishing chamber, which can reduce the rice temperature and reduce the rate of broken rice. The mixture of white rice and bran flakes flows out of the rice bowl. After flowing into the separator, the white rice that is clean and free of dust is separated. The coarse chaff and chaff dust are sucked out by the fan and back flow into hopper, which will be processed into fine chaff in the milling chamber with paddy. The broken rice in white rice is separated from the separator's rice sieve. Finally, white rice, broken rice and fine chaff are separated.
