6N80 series mini combine rice mill is the most popular model of rice mill in demostic market and international market! It combine with 6N80 rice mill and 9FC21 grain grinder.
This machine consisted of four main parts: rice mill, crusher,electric motor ,steel frame. (details showed on structure graphics)
It use signle phrase, 220V ,10A national standard electric motor, power is 2.2 Kw. It's perfect for home use and it's light load make it suitable for area where electric voltage is unstable. (we can also provide diesel engine type rice mill to meet customers' demands)
simple working principle: rice get through the feeder come to milling box ,then rice would be squeezed by bearing and rice blades. In this step rice will be shelled and come to discharge port of rice,unique design of discharge port will separate whole rice from broken one. At the same time broken rice bran will get through screen and go to bran bag, user can use the bran powder as animal feed .
