7.1 Before shipment, we would invite you to come to our factory to test the machines.
7.2 After the machine was shipped to your factory, we would send our engineer to your factory to install the machine and communicate with your engineers.
7.3 After the installation, we would reply to your problem within 24 hours. If you necessary, we would send our engineer to your factory according to your requirements.
