Structure:
vacuum dough maker is composed of rack,engine body,case can 90 degree tilt,case cover,mechanical drive parts,vacuum-pumping system and electrical parts.
Material:
engine body,rack,case,case cover and batter vane adopt SUS304 stainless steel.
Description:
1.case cover opening and case inclining adopt hydraulic system control, surface in the case, twisted-pair dragon and batter vane do mirror polishing processing.
2.vacuum dough maker use water ring vacuum pump to reduce the pollution of flour, effectively prevent damage of flour to the vacuum pump , more durable, highest vacuum degree can reach 0.09 MPa.
3. The operation panel adopts both Chinese and English languages, the control system consists of PLC and touch screen.
Principle:
vacuum dough maker work at 0-0.9 MPa under vacuum negative pressure, make some of the water gasification and atomization, synchronize the flour particles absorb water rate increased, under the high speed of stirring paddle, gluten rapidly forming, layer upon layer overlay, form a little dough.
Range of application:
apply to all kinds of dough making.the stretching resistance of dough is good, When filling,it is not easy to break the skin, cooking without mixing soup,it don't break the skin, has water resistance, good transparency, al dentemouthfeel, etc.
