The mixing head is a pair of stainless steel rotor and stator. When the rotor rotate with a high speed (around 2900Rpm), The stator keeps still, Then generate a high shear forces.The mixer has similar work theory with batch high shear mixer, which the rotor and stator work together to generate strong shearing power during speedy running to realize mixing, smashing and emulsion.
