SGS-UI620W-A Manual Micro Digital UV Coating machine is used for coating on the surface of paper, which raises its brightness and plays a role of damp-proof and abrasion-resistance so as to protect colors on the surface of paper.
Integrated control with PLC can provide easy operation & trouble shot during production. CE Safety requirement is considered and widely used in the machine design. Well designed inner circulation frame can prevent leakage of UV ray & exhausted air, which will satisfy the environmental requirement.

1. Feeder
Multi-point high speed feeding with easy operation & adjustment.
2. IR drying
Function for coating with water-based varnish. Far-IR short wave lamp equipped with double-layer heat isolation. Good at power saving.
3. UV coating
Three rollers with reverse rotating and variable roller speed ratio can provide the best coating result for customer and customized coating layer thickness. Paper jam auto detection & stop. Air Knife for thin paper(above 80gsm) is optional.
4. UV curing
Integrated curing box with reflector & fan cooling system inside. Stabilized temperature within the curing box. High efficiency & quality while running in high speed.
5. Stacker
Pneumatic jogger with programmable jogging frequency,can ensure order delivery during high speed production.
