For the whole machine, we use ss304 and ss316. Machine’s frame use SS304, and material contacting part uses SS316. Not contain with mild or carbon steel. The thickness of stainless steel, for whole machine is equal 2 mm. The specific thickness will be confirmed according to the actual production.

There are two hoppers installed on the machine. One Mitsubishi servo motor for one hopper, 2 sets servo motors in total.
