Our rotary drum granulator is used to produce multinutrient fertilizers (complex fertilizer), for example binary (NP, NK, PK) fertilizers and NPK fertilizers. Raw materials, such as ammonia, phosphate, nitrogen solution, sulphate phosphate slurry, triple superphosphate(TSP) slurry etc., can be added in the rotary drum to produce chemical reaction.

Features of Rotary Granulator
1. 70% fertilizer granules yield. Small returned materials, which is helpful to re-granulate.
2. Rotary drum of this compound fertilizer granulator adopts UHMW-PE as inside lining, which prevents wall sticking, and relieves work intensification.
3. During rotation, water can be added to intensity the materials adhesion.
4. High output, low energy consumption, and low maintenance cost. The largest production capacity can arrive 10 t/h.
