Refrigeration air cooled chiller CWUL-05 has the temperature stability of ±0.2℃ and it is specially designed for cooling 3W-5W UV laser of UV laser marking machine. It is produced by Guangzhou Teyu Electromechanical Co., Ltd (also known as S&A), a professional China-based chiller unit manufacturer with 16-year experience.
With temperature stability of ±0.2℃, the water temperature fluctuation of circulating water chiller CWUL-05 is pretty small, which can help maintain stable laser output of UV laser.
Refrigeration air cooled chiller CWUL-05 is charged with refrigerant R-134a and it produces little noise when it is working, so it is an environmental friendly chiller. Besides, high precision small portable chiller CWUL-05 is equipped with intelligent temperature controller which offer two temperature control modes as constant & intelligent temperature control mode.
Under constant temperature mode, users can set a fixed value manually according to their own need. However, under intelligent temperature mode, the water temperature will adjust itself according to the change of the room temperature (usually the water temperature is a few degree celsius lower than the room temperature), which offers great convenience for the users.
For better cooling performance and prevent possible clogging, circulating water chiller CWUL-05 is better added with purified water or clean distilled water. It is also suggested to clean the dust gauze and the condenser from time to time to reduce the potential of triggering high temperature alarm.
