Lehui’s central heating pasteurizing sterilizer is a kind of new sterilizer which has such advantages as precision pasteurizing unit control, high efficiency, low energy consumption, minimum maintenance and cleaning, shorter installation time, etc.
LHPBSJ series energy-saving sterilizer is independently designed central heating energy-saving pasteurizing sterilizer based on conventional double-layer tunnel sterilizer and aimed at energy saving and water saving, which deploys pasteurizing sterilization process to biologically sterilize bottled beer.
The bottled beer with qualified filling enters sterilizer and then is subject to twelve temperature zone treatment, which will kill yeast in the bottle within certain spraying temperature and time, and the outlet temperature ≤30℃, which ensures the stability microorganisms of beer and beverage and prolong the shelf life of product as well as ensure the product quality.
The fully auto PU value intelligent temperature control system ensures the pure and uniform taste of beer after being sterilized.
On March 18, 1991, Huizhou Lehui Industry Co., Ltd. was co-founded by Mr Lai Yunlai (a.k.a. Vincent Lai) and Mr.
Huang Yuening (a.k.a. William Huang) in Huizhou City, Guangdong, which has developed into the largest manufacturer of beer and beverage equipments in China.
Lehui (Group) has over 1, 100 employees, including more than 230 technicians.
Ningbo Lehui has been among the top ten taxpayers of the local government for many consecutive years.
Although put into production for only 2 years, Nanjing Lehui has also become a major taxpayer of Jiangning Economic & Technological Development Zone, Nanjing.
The main manufacturing bases of Lehui are located in Xizhou Town, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City and Jiangning Economic & Technological Development Zone, Nanjing City.
The Ningbo Factory covers an area of 100,000 sqm, including 45, 000 sqm processing workshops.
A new factory is under construction at Ningbo Port, which will cover an area of 80, 000 sqm, with the workshops covering 40, 000 sqm.
The new factory is expected to be put into production in 2012. The Nanjing Factory covers an area of 260,000 sqm, with the phase 1 workshop covering 50, 000 sqm.
The second phase has been commenced and is expected to be completed in 2013.
