CIP is cleaning in situ technology, equipment, pipelines, valves all don't need to remove don't need to disassemble, a kind of cleaning technology which equipment is cleaned in place. A,Structure:
This equipment is made up of the following parts: Alkali tank , acid tank, hot water tank, and kinds of quick-install pipe fittings and pneumatic valves, Liquid level pressure transmitter, electric conductivity meter, Platinum thermal resistance and control system, and so on.
B,Working principle:
Through the thermal resistance measured temperature to control the steam valve opening and closing; Through the liquid level pressure transmitter to measure the level high and low to control the water valve opening and closing; through conductivity meter to measure the size of the conductivity to control the alkali, acid diaphragm valve open and close. The whole control process for water heating - alkali cleaning -- -- -- -- -- hot water washing -- -- -- -- -- acid washing -- -- -- -- -- hot water washing----------cleaning water washing.
Human-computer interface operation:
Open the power, clockwise rotation PLC control box emergency stop button,Control system of self-inspection, wait for a few seconds, operation screen light up, control system start to work. Touch window middle green "GO" button to automatic operation and set the parameters.
1. Automatic operation: Switch to automatic operation screen.
2. Set parameters: switch to set parameters screen.
(A),Touch "Automatic operation"button,screen turn to following automatic screen, then can operate the equipment automaticlly.
1.Touch screen " start " buttom, equipment will accrod to the has been set parameters cleaning, and finish cleaning stop automaticlly.
2.T here are three blue buttons, they are "Alkali tank drain", "Acid tank drain""Hot water tank drain".
