YG-100C X-ray Pipeline Crawler to Inspect Weldings
Main performances:
1. Automatic machine training;
2. Exposure when proceed forward and positioning and no exposure during retract;
3.During crawling, YG100C can automatically regulate its speed according to pipe gradient (ascending or descending). Also, it can automatically switch between driving modes according to the gradient (automatically switch between two-wheel driving and four-wheel driving) to realize full-time four-wheel driving;
4. During crawling and exposure process, fault detection functions are available( for water encountering, obstruction, power supply fault, over-current or over-voltage, over-heating of components, under-current, etc.). If any fault is detected, it will immediately retract, to realize realtime protection for the crawler and control it under fault by retracting;
5. External time adjustment: to adjust exposure time outside the pipeline (specific operation method is available in the equipment menu).
