Description
The motor and electrical appliances are explosion proof type. When explosion proof grade have ExdII CT4, travelling mechanism should do spark proof treatment. The whole machine meets standards of JB/T10219-2001< Specification for explosion-proof cranes with electric wire rope hoist>. Explosion proof grade has two ExdII BT4 and Exd CT4 two kinds.
It has characteristic of rational construction, perfect appearance and strong Ex technical performance. It can be used together with HB/BCD type explosion proof electric hoist.
Lifting capacity ranges from 1t to 20t, working duty A3~a4, ambient temperature -25℃~40℃。
This crane adapts to environment in factory that have explosive gas formed by inflammable gas, steam and air of which explosion proof grade lower than B or C, ignition group higher than T4(135℃)， 1 area or 2 area, not 0 area.
Notes:
0 area: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixture apprear continuously in a very short time or exist for a long time.
1 area: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixture maybe appear.
2 area: Under normal circumstances, explosive gas mixture can not appear. Under abnormal circumstances when equipment is out of order or misoperation takes place, explosive gas mixture appears occasionally in a short time.
Dangerous gas that this crane can be used in is listed as follows. Refer to appendix of GB3836.1 for other dangerous gas not listed in the table.
