1. The machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle washing, filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine. 2. This 3-in-1 monobloc machine is for fruit juice, tea beverage, etc. Processing. 3. 4. Direct connection technology is used between air conveyor and in-feeding star-wheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor. It is easy to change the size of bottles. 5. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional star-wheel, we use neckhanging gripper to change the size of bottles easily, without adjusting the equipment height. Only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed. 6. The head of filling machine is made of better stainless steel, which is firm and endurable. The whole juice filling machine has many unique designs. It is the best beverage machine in China at present.
