2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, China, close to Shanghai. You can fly to Nanjing or Shanghai airport directly. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
3. Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235.High quality steel from BAO Steel
Co. Ltd., the largest steel manufacturer in China.Other steel is also available to
clients’ requirements.
4. Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, T/T 30% deposit+70% against B/L copy.
5. Q: What is delivery times?
A: It depends on the order quantity and racking types. As general, within 30 days after we receive 30% deposit.
6. Q: Which port will be used as loading port?
A: Nanjing and Shanghai port.
7. Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.
8. Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Short sections of samples could be provided, they are free of charge, but international courier costs to be borne by clients.
