1）High speed shear impeller makes solid, powder or additive dissolved in liquid instantaneous.
2）The shear impeller is direct connected with motor and the speed is 2900 rpm or 1400 rpm.
3）It is installed on the top of tank.
4）The impeller rotates at high speed and makes solid, powder or additive dissolved in liquid instantaneous. At same time the big grain is sheared fine.
For example:
30%milk powder & water dissolving time 10 min/ tank, at ≥25°C
30%CMC(stability) & water dissolving time 15 min/ tank, at ≥30°C
70% sugar & water or milk dissolving time 20 min/ tank, at ≥80°C

500L tank 4kw 1400 rpm mixer
1000L tank 7.5kw 1400 rpm mixer
2000L tank 15kw 1400 rpm mixer

*If it's used for emulsification the speed of impeller is 2900 rpm.
