Description
The follow juice production line is used to mix the juice powder for juice drink, and then make filter, homogenizer and sterilization for bottle or can filling.
Main machines in the juice production line:
1. Juice mixing tank:
The tank is all made of SUS304 material, is mainly used to mix syrup, juice powder and water for juice drink with the motor driving stirring function. Normally it's single layer without heating and cooling function, if need heating function, we can also make it. You can manual put the material into tank for mixing, or pumped by the pump.
2. Double filter:
This machine is used to remove and purify every kind of solid impurity which is invisible to the naked eye in the fresh milk, sugar solution and beverage. Two pieces of filter alternate to use, it could change the filter cloth without stopping the machine and is suitable for long term continuous production.
3. High pressure homogenizer:
This machine is mainly used to break, homogenizing and emulsify fluid mixing materials (liquid mix liquid or liquid mix solid). Main function of homogenizer include: improve homogeneity and stability of products, increase the period of maintenance and reduce reaction time, so as to save the mass of activator and color. It is the ideal machine to micromaching liquid for juice, milk, sugar, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and microbial industry.
4. Ultra high temperature instantaneous sterilizer
This ultra high temperature instantaneous sterilizer is suitable for sterilizing the liquid material, such as juice, fresh milk, fruit milk, tea, wine, soybean milk and Chinese medicine, as well as the sticky material (for example, sweat condensed milk). It is with coil tube type heating system, heated by steam, so here you need to set with a steam boiler or other machine for supplying needed steam.
After this machine, the juice can be stored in a tank or connect the filling machine directly, which is hot juice for filling&periodDelivery time:
30 days upon deposit and approval to the bottle drawing.
Payment term:
For machine: 30% T/T deposit within five days after the contract is signed against invoice of the seller. The balance of 70% will be paid before shipment.
Guarantee:
We response for 12 months warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client's company, help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.
