Our company's SC(B)10, SC(B)11 transformers are based on the introduction of advanced production technology from Germany, resin insulation dry transformer on the basis of the independent development of a thin insulating. Because of its advanced design, high quality materials, scientific formula, strict technology and high standards of testing, the product has the following characteristics:
1. Copper wire for high voltage winding, the low voltage winding with coper or copper foil winding, grid insulation filling, casting with expoxy resin with material under vacuum, solidified to form a solid cylindrical whole, high mechanical strength, the partial discharge quantity is less than 5pc, high reliability.
2. Flame retardant, explosion-proof, no pollution to the environment. The insulating material such as the glass fiber of the winding coil has the self extinguishing characteristic, and the arc can not be generated by the short circuit, under high temperature, the resin won't produce hazardous gas.
3. The coil does not absorb moisture, and the core clamping piece has a special corrosion protection layer, which can be operated in 100 relative temperature and other harsh environments. Intermittent operation without tidal treatment.
4. High resistance to short circuit and lightning.
5. Coil inner and outer side resin layer is thin, good heat dissipation.
6. Air cooling mode generally uses natural cooling (AN). For any level of protection of the transformer, can be equipped with air cooling system (AF), in order to improve the short-time over load capacity, to ensure safe operation.
