Product description
GTF100 gas turbine flow meter is composed by flow sensor and flow transmitter. It is a flow meter with mature technology and possesses features of high accuracy, good repeatability, stable operation, thus is suitable for gas measurement and urban gas trade measurement. The product is applicable widely for petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, boilers and other industries as well as volume flow rate, total flow and gas heat measurement of low viscosity gas in closed pipeline for urban natural gas supply, gas pressure regulating station and so on.
Features
1. Cast stainless steel housing that could ensure high strength and good corrosive performance.
2. Product integrated micro processor, temperature sensor and pressure sensor for direct measurement of flow rate, temperature and pressure of the medium. It could also conduct temperature and pressure compensation for flow rate and amend compression factors automatically.
3. Adopt the latest fourth generation Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) sensor, which could greatly improve the anti-electromagnetic interference performance.
4. Low consumption design, product could use external power or with lithium battery that could be used successively for more than four years.
5. With pulse, 4-20mA and RS485 (Modbus-RTU protocol) output and IC card output, product could be used with IC card prepayment system for trading.
6. Special LCD display (with back light) that could display multiple information including instant flow rate under standard and working conditions, total flow rate under standard condition, temperature and pressure of the medium, etc.
7. Product with real-time data storage function which could prevent data loss in sudden power failure. During power failure, all data could be storage permanently.
8. Reliable electromagnetic compatibility design could meet requirement of standard electromagnetic test JJG1037-2008 and ensure good anti-interference performance.
9. Detachable fully closed structure of the product ensures strong impurity resistance performance and good i nterchangeability. The product also with high accuracy and low pressure loss.
10. Product manufactured by imported special precision bearings for good abrasive resistance and high reliability. It could also improved accuracy of lower limit and decreased starting flow.
