1. Compared with normal automatic die cutters, it has more powerful functions.
It is installed with a special station for stripping after die-cutting and creasing.
That greatly improves working efficiency, and reduce labor cost. It is an ideal
equipment for color printing and packaging companies.
2. Adopts high speed feeder to feed paper board, realise smooth paper running at 8000 s/hr.
3. Downslope type paper running,, fish scale type paper feeding, more suitable for paper conveying and its orientation.
Also equipped with side lays and photoelectric tracking device, assures it of a good and exact orientation.
4. Adopts newly designed gripper bar system and enhanced chains, capable of improving paper running steadiness,
maintenance reduction, and prolonging its working life.
5. Die cutting station, the die-mold chase pneumatic locking system, can operate conveniently. This chase comes from Taiwan, boasts with high
quality and high durability.
