Description of juice extractor/ refiner
CHASE Juice extractor / refiner is specially designed based upon past experience and the latest tenology by CHASE engineers.
Operating principle Juice extractor / refiner: vegetables are sent into the hopper by conveyor belt or labors. The materials are crushed by the rotating plates and thrown to the inner wall of the drum by centrifugal force. Materials are squeezed by friction and shear effect. Tiny particles of the pulp flow out of the mesh with larger parts pushed toward the discharge port.
Double-channel beating machine is to put two beating machine in series on one frame. The two machines are driven by one motor. The diameter of the meshed on the two machines are different (latter smaller than former), so finer pulp can be produced
Product Feature of juice extractor/ refiner
1. The rorate speed of CHASE extractors can reach 1470 r/m. The machine can easily chop and beat the vegetable into separated slurry and residu.
2. The juice yield can be raised by 2-5% by a CHASE extractor as it has 12 blades, rather than 3 blades of normal extractors.
3. Smooth operation – the parts all go through dynamic balance test and finish machining.
4. Bearing brand: NSK From Japan.
5. Service life can reach 8-10 years (only quick-wear parts need to be replaced periodically) .
