EFC-90 is the latest developed automatic Bonnell inner Spring units production plant by ESUN. It includes ECL-80A digital spring coiling machine,EAM-300 Assemble machine and EFC-90 transfer machine. Steel wire will be produced to spring by ECL-80A Spring coiling machine then spring will be sent to EAM-300 assemble machine by EFC-90 transfer machine, finally spring will be produced to spring unit by EAM-300 assemble machine.
EFC-90 automatic Bonnell inner spring units production plant adopts digital and modular design. You can choose ECL-80A digital spring coiling machine and EAM-300 Assemble machine, this traditional semi-automatic production plant to produce small quantity spring unit and various of specification spring unit. Also if require high efficiency production, like to produce large quantity of spring units with one specification, you can add one EFC-90 conveyor machine later with ECL-80A and EAM-300 to be full automatic Bonnell inner spring unit production plant. EFC-90 can process up to 12 spring units /hour (spring unit size: 1.5 m X 2m)
