1. Product Overview
 
Daucus carrot, also known as red carrot, is the biennial herbaceous plant of umbelliferae daucus. 
People eat the fleshy root of daucus carrot. The original places of daucus carrot are Southwest
 Asia and Afghanistan areas, and the cultivation history of it is more than 2000 years. Daucus carrot
 is rich in nutritions, such as β-carotene, α-carotene, flavonoid, and other carotenoids,
 which are all good to body health.
 
 Daucus carrot juice is a kind of concentrated juice which uses daucus carrot as its raw material, 
and is produced by using a new juice production technique. According to the traits of daucus carrot, 
the most important element matters production could be the extraction rate of carotenes. Thus,
 we adopt advanced cold breaking, micro emulsion, and centrifugal separation double juicing 
technologies to increase the yield of carrot juice and carotenes greatly. In addition, supplemented by
 multieffect falling film evaporation technology, aseptic packaging technology, and series of modern 
high-tech equipments, the concentrated carrot juice not only keeps the whole effective constituents, 
but also has good color and taste. The whole production line has the advantages of reasonable 
structure, high automation, convenient operation, high efficiency and low energy consumption.
 The specifications of juice concentration are 40°Brix 60°
 
Brix respectively; the products adopts steel drum lined aseptic bag packaging, the net weight of each 
drum is 250kg, and the gross weight is 267kg. The products shall be stored under the condition of 
5 C -1 C.
