Machine Operation:

Two main compressor
Freezing cylinder:Two 2.8liter capacity (13.7quart,3.43 gallons)
Function:
Pre-cooling, gravity feed, mixer , counter, heat treatment,defrosting, disinfection.
P for Pre-cooling : Keep hopper temperature from 2-5 °C to make the material in hopper fresh. Low temperature can prevent from bacteria.
Gravity feed expansion tube delivers mix with overrun of about 30-40% to the feezing cylinders.
Mixer(M): Frost prevention, improve the efficiency of the refrigeration of cylinder, reduce energy losses.
--Reducing the precipitation of raw material make our products always delicious and uniform.
--Reduce layering of raw materials, prevent from frozen cylinder phenomenon, protect the mixing shaft and motor.
Counter:Show the number of sold ice cream every day to boss and investors,convenient them knowing the sales situation.
Heat treatment:proviedes a daily cleaning routine for the ensuring that serving product is safe . Normally this program starts afterhours and maintains products accoridng to quality and safety standards up to two weeks before complete cleaning with disassembly(every 14 days ). System provides operateor with full report and history of.
Defrosting:
--Production defrosting repidly melts the product in both cylinder and then goes back to prduction mode to reproduce .
--Washing defrosting reapidly melts the mixture in the cylinder that significantly reduces leftovers before cleaning.
Disinfection:
-Special function that makes sanitzing process semi-automatic and easy.
-No disassemble the machine to clean the throat block unit, air pump unit,beater and cylinder .
